- Affiliate
rights will be granted on non exclusive basis, however,
excusive rights can be given case to cases basis.
ACU will charge US$2000 for exclusive agreement for
one country.
- Teaching
and assessment or evaluation of students is the responsibility
of affiliate. ACU will accept the transfer of credits
from the affiliated colleges / universities or individuals
or assessment agencies.

Affiliate's students can approach directly to ACU
for any academic query if they want.
- Affiliate
will be authorized to publish the name of American
Central University at their website.
- Affiliate
must have functional website and its look and feel
should be professional.
- American
Central University will process the case within one
month subject to payment and deliver the degree and
transcript at the said destination. However, ACU has
the right to refuse any case with solid reasons.
- Affiliate
will not be allowed to under cut the fee at any cost.
If any complaint is received with proof, affiliation
agreement can be cancelled without any notice.
